  • How can I place an order for Multiplicon products ?

    The fastest and safest way is to place your order via our website. To do this, you must log in and create your account within our e-commerce system. Once logged in , you can start filling your order basket and send the order to us.

    If you wish, you can also fax or e-mail your orders to us. Please check our "Contact us" page for adress and VAT-details.

  • What is the delivery-time for Multiplicon products ?

    Our policy is to ship incomming orders on the next Tuesday. We use  express courrier transport so delivery of most orders is on Wednesday.

  • What kind of equipment does Multiplicon recommend to ensure the best results ?

    DNA-extraction : Qiagen's extraction kits, QiaCube & PSS (automatic DNA-extraction) 

    PCR equipment : we work with the Verity from Applied Biosystems, older systems or different manufacturers can also be used
    Fragment Analysis : 3730XL from Applied Biosystems or other comparable capillary systems
  • What is the minimum quality standard for DNA, to be used in our assays ?
    •     OD260/280 ratio ≥ 1.7      
    •     Concentration ≥ 10 ng/µl in H2O
    •     No DNA degradation visible on agarose gel      
  • How do I store my products ?
    •     Long-term storage : -20 °C
    •     Short-term storage (max 1 day) : 4°C
    •     Prevent freeze-thaw cycles
  • What is the Shelf Life of Multiplicon’s products ?

    If our storage recommendations are respected, you can store our products for at least six months after you have ordered them.
