Our products are currently Research Use Only and are conceived around 5 product groups, as these groups are based on different protocols and subsequently different interpretations :
1. MAQ Assays
Our MAQ Assays have a distinct genomic target (as we analyse Copy Number Variations in a genomic area of interest) and generally an associated disease, caused by the CNV.

2. You-MAQ Control Assays
The You-MAQ Control Assays are used with the You-MAQ design tool, featured on this website under Tools.

3. Multiplex PCR Assays
This group contains our products that are not directly related to CNV analysis, but still exploit the advantages of multiplexed PCR amplification.
Multiplex Amplification of Specific Targets for Resequencing (MASTR) is our latest product development. These assays are to be used as front end amplification tool for next generation sequencing applications.
These kits are used for patient barcoding in combination with the MASTR assays, for 454/Roche sequencers only.
